Ingredients:
Sev ..... 1/4 cup ( I used Haldiram's spicy sev)
Onion ..1 small
Tomatoes .... 2-3
Green chillies .. 1
Ginger garlic paste .. 1/2 tsp each (optional)
Cumin seeds .. 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds .. 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder ... 1/8 tsp
Coriander powder ... 1/2 tsp
Salt ... to taste
Sugar ..... 1/4 tsp (optional)
Coriander leaves
Oil .... 2-3 tbsps
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin and mustard seeds.
2.When they crackle add the onions,green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute.
3. Next add the chopped tomatoes, salt and spice powders.
4. Simmer until the tomatoes are cooked. Mash it well.
5. Add sugar if you like.and half a cup of water. Bring to a boil. Add coriander leaves.
6. Now the gravy is ready. Add the sev only when you are ready to serve.
