Ingredients:
Mangoes ... 1 (depending on the variety you are using, if they are small you need 2-3)
Sugar ...... if needed (I have not added)
Milk ..... 2-3 tbsps (optional)
Cardamom powder ... a pinch
Method:
Peel and cut the mango into pieces.
Blend to make the puree.
Add milk if you like. Some people also like to add a little rose syrup.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve with plain pooris.
