Ingredients:
Semolina .... 3/4 th cup
Wheat flour .. 1/4 th cup
Carrots ....... 1/2 cup (grated)
Coriander leaves .. handful (finely chopped)
Yogurt ............ 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder .. 1/4 tsp (you may add green chillies instead)
Baking powder ... 1/8 tsp
Salt ...... to taste
Oil ... as needed.
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
2. Adding enough water mix into a thick batter without lumps.
3. Heat a griddle and spread a spoonful of the batter. Pour little oil and fry the pancakes to a golden brown colour on medium flame.
Serve hot with chutney / pickle / sauce.
