Ingredients:
Wheat flour ... 2 cups (or as needed)
Salt ....... to taste
Oil .... 2 tbsps for the dough and more for making parathas.
Mix the salt and oil with the flour and knead to a soft dough.
For the filling:
Beans Poriyal - See recipe HERE
OR
Cut the beans very finely, boil it with salt. Drain the water. Add roasted chana dal powder ( Putani powder) and dry spice powders. Mix well and use as a stuffing for the parathas.
Roll out the parathas with the filling and roast them on the hot griddle spooning a little oil or ghee to make them crisp.
Serve hot with curd and pickle.
