RAJMA CUTLETS

I came across this recipe in my friend Meena's blog... making this with some minor changes as per our liking. The original one has maida and sooji which I have replaced with boiled potato. The cutlets were really awesome, specially the crunchy peanuts gave them a lovely taste. Do try them out.

Ingredients:
Boiled rajma ....  1 cup
Potatoes  ........  2 small (boiled )
Bread crumbs ... 2 tbsps
Roasted & crushed peanuts ... 1-2 tbsps
Red chilli powder .... 1/4 tsp (add more if you like them spicy)
Garam masala ........ 1 /2 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin seeds .. 1/2 tsp
Anardana powder ........... 1/2 tsp  OR  ( amchoor powder )
Salt ............. to taste
Coriander leaves .. chopped finely.
Oil ... to  fry

Method:
1. Mash all the ingredients together. ( I left the rajma little grainy )
2. Make cutlets of any shape you like.
3. Heat oil and deep fry them. ( you may also pan-fry them if you like)
Serve hot with chutney / sauce

Pin for later
