Nothing more refreshing than home made fresh juices from seasonal fruits. You can also add a dash of different flavour each time like bhuna jeera powder, mint leaves , ginger juice, rose syrup or rooh afza in summer.
Mango pieces.... 1 cup
Water ....... 2 cups
Crushed ice .. 2 tbsps
Honey or sugar ... 1 tsp or as needed
1. Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces.
2. Blend all the ingredients together.
3. You can add any of the flavours like mint leaves, ginger juice, rose syrup, rooh afza, bhuna jeera for a variation each time.
This makes one large glass .. the consistency can be adjusted according to your liking.
