Churi Dal (cooked grainy moong dal) - 1 cup - See recipe HERE
Potato ..... 1 medium sized (boiled and mashed)
Coriander leaves ... 1 tbsp . chopped finely
Cumin powder .... 1 tsp ( roasted and crushed)
Red chilli powder .. 1/4 tsp (add more if you like it spicy)
Bread crumbs ...... 1 tbsp
Salt ......... to taste
Oil ..1-2 tsp (to pan fry)
1. Mix together all the ingredients together except oil.
2. Make into patties of any shape.
3. In a non-stick pan, shallow fry the patties on medium flame.
Enjoy these protien rich and healthy patties with any chutney or sauce.
