EGG MAYONNAISE SANDWICH


How about trying out these simple egg sandwiches.. perfect for lunch box.
Ingredients:
Eggs .... 2 (boiled)
Bread ... 8-10 slices ( I have used wholewheat bread )
Mayonnaise ... 2 tbsps
Black pepper ... 1/2 tsp (freshly crushed)
Salt .................. to taste

Method:
1. Boil and grate the eggs. Let it cool.

2. Mix the mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.

3. Spread the egg mix on the slices. Cut into two and serve.
These are perfect to take in the lunch box.
You can also grill the sandwiches if you like.

    i love the sandwiches in any form but then i love mayonnaise too.. so i came for tht hehe

  7. Shobha , You won't believe this, right now I ma having egg mayonnaise sandwich with coffee. Egg and bread are my comfort foods and when I am alone in the house that's what I love to eat in dinner. Simple and best.
