Ingredients:
Semolina (fine variety) ... 1/4 cup
Rice flour ...................... 1/4 cup
Maida ............................ 1/4 cup
Green chillies .............. 1-2 (chopped finely)
Black pepper corns .... 8-10
Cumin seeds ............... 1 tsp
Curry leaves ........... few ( chopped)
Coriander leaves .... 1 tbsp ( chopped finely)
Salt ......................... to taste
Baking soda........... 1/2 tsp
Oil / ghee
Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients ( except oil) using water or buttermilk to a very thin pouring consistency.
2. Heat the tawa/griddle. Smear a little oil/ghee and wipe it out with a cloth or paper towel.
3. Pour the batter and tilt the tawa to spread it.
4. Roast the dosa smearing a little oil or ghee.
Serve it immediately with coconut or peanut chutney and potato masala.
