COLD CHICKEN WITH PEANUT SAUCE





Ingredients:
Chicken fillet .... 1 (preferably leg/thigh portion)
Cinnamon ... 1 small piece
Cloves ......... 2-3
Salt ............. to taste
Iceberg lettuce
Peanut Sauce.. See recipe - HERE

Method:
1. Clean the chicken fillet and boil it adding salt, cloves and cinnamon. Let it cool. Shred it into small pieces. (Save the stock for soups)
2. Break the lettuce leaves with hand. (never use a knife to cut lettuce leaves) Spread them in a serving plate.
3. Mix the peanut sauce to the shredded chicken (quantity of sauce depends on your preference). Serve it on the bed of iceberg lettuce.
