METHI ALOO GOBHI KI ROTI


This is a very nice way of using the left over sabzis the next day. Knead the dough with them and make some yummy parathas. Simply awesome.

Ingredients:
Methi aloo gobhi sabzi ..... 1 bowl
Wheat flour .............. 2-3 cups (depending on the quantity of sabji)
Oil .................. 2 tbsps
Ajwain ........... 1 tsp
Salt .......... to taste
Coriander leaves .... handful ( chopped finely)

Method:

1. Mix all the above ingredients and knead the dough adding enough water. You may also add curd if you like.








2. Make rotis and roast them applying a little ghee.









3. Serve hot with curd, pickle or chutney of your choice.
