GRAPES RAITA / ANGOOR KA RAITA

 This is a nice and refreshing raita to relish in summers. Dill leaves add a lovely flavour to it apart from roasted cumin powder and black pepper. You will definitely love it. 

Ingredients:
Grapes ......... 1 small bunch or as needed
Yogurt ......... 1 cup 
Dill leaves ..... 2-3 tbsps (finely chopped)
Roasted cumin powder .... 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper ..... 1/4 tsp
Salt ............................ to taste


Method.
1. Wash the grapes well and cut them into halves.
2. Whisk the yogurt adding all the ingredients as per your liking.
3. Stir in the grapes and mix gently.
4. Enjoy it chilled.

  2. This is a very easy to make raita and perfect now for the warmer days. I would not have thought of pairing grapes with dill. Just bought a bunch so will try it out. Grapes raita is sometime I'd probably enjoy on its own as a salad.

  4. Grape raita sounds so refreshing especially when it is super hot these days . Dill has a distinct flavor which i am sure when paired with grapes and curd makes it all the more exotic

  5. Fruit based raitas are such a perfect summer treat. I love how tasty this grapes raita is, We made a small bowl to share. We are making it again on the weekend in double the quantity.
