ReplyDeleteYes Kalyani. Very quick and tasty salad.
DeleteSour cream potato salad looks so inviting. I usually add either fresh dill or mint. Will try with chives next time.
ReplyDeleteDill also must be adding a lovely flavour. Will try that too.
DeletePotato salad is a great favourite of mine. Like you, I like to add chives and sometimes grated red cabbage. We usually use crème fraîche but now I know that I can also use sour creme. I read somewhere that sour cream is the most common substitute for crème fraîche, as both have a slightly sour taste and are cultured.
ReplyDeleteYes Mina, we don't prefer cream as it has a milky flavour. Me and hubby both don't like plain milk. Sour cream works well for salads.
